Passports with Purpose Passports with Purpose is an organisation that encourages travellers to give back to the countries they visit. We at GowithOh encourage each fan to go out and travel.  So travelling while giving back to the community is something we’re certainly proud to take part in.

In 2013, we were able to help Passports with Purpose to raise more than $84,000. This money will allow the organisation BuildOn to construct two schools and two adult literacy programs in southern Mali. You can still make your dontaion in their website

Passports with a Purpose chooses a new charity to help support each year. In the past they have helped with Water.org, Room to Read in Zambia, Land for Tiller’s Freedom in India, American Assistance for Cambodia and Heifer International.

In 2012, Passports with Purpose raised over USD $110,000 for Water.org through the collaborative efforts of more than 200 travel bloggers and 1,242 individual donors. These donors bid on 143 prizes on the Passports with Purpose site from November 28 to December 11, 2012. The travel industry is really making a difference!

In 2012 their contribution to Water.org was quite a success. This organisation aims to bring clean water to the poorest and most desperate corners of the earth. You can read more about the contribution here.

We’re happy to share with you that we’ve continued to make quite a difference by supporting important projects in developing countries and feel we’ve really made an impact!
