Magnificent apartment 300 metres from the Arc de Triomphe

Very centrally located, good integration to metro/RER/Bus, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity including fresh market and specialty shops. Equipment of the apartment at a high level including 2 TV sets, washing machine, Microwellengerät. In the bathroom, a shower curtain / a shower wall ...... should be be installed. The heater didn\'t despite outside temperatures are low (Burns!).Local by Mr J. very personally and very helpful assistance. 

Sehr zentral gelegen, gute Einbindung an Metro/RER/Bus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nächsten Umgebung inkl. Frischmarkt und Spezialitätengeschäfte. Ausstattung der Wohnung auf hohem Niveau inkl. 2 TV-Geräte, Waschmaschine, Microwellengerät. Im Badezimmer sollte ein Duschvorhang/eine Duschwand... installiert werden. Die Heizung ging trotz tiefen Aussentemperaturen (4-5°C !) nicht an. Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn J. sehr persönlich und sehr hilfreich. 

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for a family of four, with lots of amenities near by, plus good recommendations for shops/boulangeries/restaurants/cafes from our host, Dominique. The apartment security system was easy to use and the apartment only 5 mins from the Arc du Triomph. ......Our only criticism (and it\'s a small one) would be that a stand-up shower unit be installed in the bathroom. Otherwise, this is a well-located apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was ideal for my family. Fantastic location and a most helpful contact. The whole experience was nothing but positive. It gave us all the opportunity to not only visit Paris, but live in a true Parisien style via both it's style and furnishings. Unobtrusive from the front, the building... is secure and the small elevator within very efficient and reliable. A small supermarket nearby was useful and proximity to metro, Champs Élysées shopping and eateries ideal. Loved it!
