Description of the Apartment
This attractive apartment with vintage decoration is just 500 metres from the Puerta del Sol, a really enviable and privileged location. For visitors looking for a great spot to go out and explore the city at their own pace without even having to use public transport, this is a fabulous choice. It is also close to the beautiful Plaza Mayor, a great place to sit and unwind having an aperitif and enjoying the wonderful streets of the area.
This 32m2 apartment can sleep up to three people and is located on the fifth floor of a building (without a lift). On the ground floor there is a main, very cozy room with a fabulous balcony offering the perfect spot to enjoy a drink outside, or rest on the single sofa-bed whilst watching TV, listening to music on the HIFI system or using the internet WIFI connection. For top comfort there is also air conditioning and central heating available. The kitchen is beautifully integrated into a Provencal style piece of furniture for a coherent and flowing style, and is fully equipped with everything guests might need during their stay. Opposite this room there is a lovely modern bathroom that has a shower cabin with hydro-massage. Up the stairs to the charming rest area there is a double bed and small dressing room area with delicate decoration and features. If you should need a computer to print or consult any kind of information there is a community pc for shared use in the corridor on the same floor.
The surrounding area is home to numerous shops, typical taverns for tasting tapas or pinchos and it is just a short stroll to the metro station at Gran Vía (L1), leading directly to the Palacio Real, the Retiro park, and the districts of La Latina and Chueca.

Göttingen, Deutschland8 8Das Beste ist die Lage, von der aus in der Innenstadt fast alles zu Fuß erreicht wird; sehr gut ist auch, dass auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen wird.Nicht in Ordnung war die mangelnde Sauberkeit - man hatte fast den Eindruck, dass dort seit Längerem nicht gesäubert wurde: dicke Staubschichten im ...Schlafbereich, massenhaft Haare im Bad etc. Wir mussten erstmal putzen! Nicht schlecht wäre es auch, mehr als 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser, 3 Löffel usw. vorzufinden, so dass nicht sofort wieder gespült werden muss.
