This smart and romantic maisonette is located in Seville, near the Guadalquivir river. In a typical Andalusian house, which has been recently renovated, it comes with a pretty interior patio and a private terrace for you to relax in.

The apartment has two bedrooms: a master, with a double bed and a spacious built-in very romantic classically styled wardrobe, and a secondary bedroom with two single beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a double sofa bed for two more people and an open-plan kitchen whose appliances include: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a big fridge with a freezer, an oven/microwave with grill, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a juice squeezer, a blender, pots and pans as well as crockery. The bathroom is complete with a shower.
 
The 16 m2 private terrace has a small table and deckchairs so you can make the most of your relaxing time and Andalusia’s hot sun. Out of all of the modern comforts the property has, the following stand out: a 32 inch flat screen TV with access to International Satellite TV, a Wi-fi Internet connection, a set of sheets and towels for every guest, an iron (with ironing board), a hairdryer and a safe. The cot is free but you have to let the owner know beforehand that you want to use it.
