    Casa Lleó Morera
    As if the buildings next to Casa Batlló and Casa Amatller weren’t beautiful enough, now you can add the presence of a third spectacular house in the same block: Casa Lleó Morera.

    Casa Lleó Morera was designed by architect Lluís Domènech i Muntaner and was built in the decade of 1880. The house was remodelled to be the residence of the Morera family, which would later give it its name.

    The particularity of its forms, its spikes and spectacular glass windows make it a remarkable building in Passeig de Gràcia. It is also said that it is a small reproduction of the Palau de la Música Catalana (which is located a few streets to the south), a work by the same architect.

    Casa Amatller
    Casa Amatller was built between 1898 and 1900, as an order by businessman Antoni Amatller. It’s located in number 41 of Passeig de Gràcia and its original purpose was being a gothic urban palace.

    This house, inspired in decorations typical from Flemish and Catalan Modernisme styles, is easily recognisable by its roof in a rectangular peak. Besides, the inside decorations of lamps and windows help the visitors travel back to the beginnings of the 20th century.

    Restaurant La Rita is located very close to Casa Milà, in the intersection of Passeig de Gràcia and Carrer Aragó. This restaurant combines different Mediterranean cuisines, focusing especially on the Italian and the Catalan, and it offers a very cosy and elegant atmosphere.
